   Ayam KUNG PAO / Chicken KUNG PAO

• Komposisi ( composition ) :
   ~ 500gr fillet dada ayam , potong kotak ( 500gr fillet chest chicken , cit the box )
   ~ 1 buah jeruk nipis , ambil air nya ( 1 fruit lime , take water her )
   ~ 1 sendok makan kecap asin ( 1 tablespoon of ketchup salty )
   ~ 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk ( 1/2 teaspoon of peppers powder )
   ~ 1 sendok makan ang ciu ( 1 tablespoon ang ciu )
   ~ 1 sendok makan minyak wijen ( 1 tablespoon the oil sesame )
   ~ 3 siung bawang putih , potong kecil ( 3 clove of garlic , a small piece )
   ~ 5 buah cabe merah kering ( 5 fruit cayenne dry red )
   ~ 1 buah paprika ( 1 fruit peppers )
   ~ kaang mede atau kacang tanah , sangrai ( bean mede or the ground , toasted )

• Bahan saos / Material saos :
   ~ 1 sendok makan saos tiram ( 1 tablespoon saos oysters )
   ~ 1 sendok makan ang ciu ( 1 tablespoon ang ciu )
   ~ 1 sendok makan minyak wijen ( 1 tablespoon the oil sesame )
   ~ 1 sendok teh cuka ( 1 teaspoon vinegar )
   ~ 1 sendok teh madu ( 1 teaspoon honey )
   ~ 1/2 sendok teh bubuk cabe ( 1/3 teaspoon the powder cayenne )
   ~ 200ml air ( 200ml water )
   ~ 1 sendok makan tepung maizena larutkan dengan 1 sendok makan air ( 1 tablespoon flour maizena late right with 1 tablespoon of water )

•Cara memasak / manner to cook :
   ~ rendam ayam dalam campuran air jeruk nipis , kecap asin , merica bubuk , ang ciu , dan minyak wijen . Aduk sampai tercampur rata dan masukkan kedalam lemari es selama 30 menit sampai bumbu meresap . ( to soak chicken in mixed water lime , ketchup salty , peppers powder , ang ciu , and the oil sesame . Stir until well blended and get right in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until the spices soak )

   ~ iris cabe merah kering dan paprika. ( slice cayenne dry red and peppers )

   ~ panaskan sedikit minyak dan masak ayam sebentar hingga berubah warna dan masak kira-kira 80% . Angkat dan sisihkan ( heat a little oil and cook chicken briefly to change color and cook roughly 80% . Remove and set aside .

   ~ tambahkan saoa tiram , ang ciu , minyak wijen , cuka , madu , gula , bubuk cabe , dan air . Aduk rata kemudian masukkan larutan tepung maizena . Masak sebentar hingga mendidih . ( add saos oysters , ang ciu , oil sesame , vinegar , sugar , honey , powder cayenne , and the water . Mix well then enter blue flour maizena . Cook for a minutes until boiling )

   ~ masukkan ayam dan kacang kedalam saus dan aduk hingga merata , masak hingga saus mengental . Angkat dan sajikan ( chicken and enter the peas into the saos and stir until equally distributed cook until saos thickened . Remove and serve )
